Our returns policy is for 30 days. For defective or non-defective goods you have 14 days upon receipt of your item in which to notify us of your wish to make a return and no restocking fee will be applied.  

If you notify us after the 14 days then an applicable 15% restocking fee will be applied. There are no exceptions to this.  Should 30 days have passed since your purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Note: that this is not a free trial period in which to use the goods).  It must also be in the original packaging along with all accessories, documentation and warranty cards blank and unmarked.  

If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error, then your return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Headphones and earphones cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase along with an issued RMA number clearly marked on the receipt and upon the return packaging.

We will provide you with an address in which to return your item so please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  If you do so we will not be held libel for its loss.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you feel you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner please first check your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@topshopglobal.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival ( DOA ).  If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@topshopglobal.com for an RMA prior to making any return.

  

Return Shipping

In order to return your product you will be provided with an RMA number and a return address prior to making your shipment. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Returned items must be packaged securely with all of the original packaging and materials that you received. Not doing so may result in your return being denied. 

On any shipment you should consider using a service with tracking numbers and insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no way to track and verify your shipment.  Nor will we be held responsible in the event that an untrackable shipment is lost.

 

Changes In Policy

It should be noted that we reserve the right to amend the above policy and all other policies on this site at will without prior notification nor be held libel in any manner for typographical or grammatical errors.
