All orders will usually be dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) after the funds have cleared and traceable tracking number is provided. Once your order has been dispatched, it will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days to UK addresses and 2-3 business days to all other qualifying EU countries from the day our courier picks up your shipment. There again this does not include holidays and weekends. Therefore, you will get your item within 6-7 business days after the funds have cleared.
We offer free shipping services within our service area with a tracking number provided by DHL, Federal Express, TNT or DPD. In case of an unexpected delay, you can follow your shipment through the provided tracking number.
The listed items on our website are usually in stock. However, based on our shipping process, we do check all orders for completeness prior to dispatch. We would like to be certain that all items are in factory new condition. In the unlikely event of an item being found incomplete before dispatch, there may be a delay due to backordering.  In this case you will be notified and you have a right to cancel and a full refund.

1.)  All of our products on TOPSHOPGLOBAL are 100% Brand new and Genuine. In case of selling refurbished or open-box items, it will be marked clearly in the listing. Our products are sourced from reputable international wholesalers.

2.)  As we source items globally, the manual provided in the box will come in the language of the sourced region which may not be in English, however, links to the official site are provided on our site for your reference. Please also note that due to environmental concern, many products from some manufactures now come with user guides and manuals in CD-ROM format only. This is out of our control. Should you wish to download your preferred language of the manual, please contact us at support@topshopglobal.com
 
3.)  As we source items globally, the item you have purchased will come with the original charger, but if the charger that comes in the box is not your local plug, we will provide a travel adapter for you to use with the item.

 

 

Insurance

We offer free door to door delivery insurance to ensure protection for your purchase. The service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external factors during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement of the shipment. In the event that an item was found to be damaged after having opened the shipment we allow the recipient up to 48 hours to report said damage. We believe 48 hours is sufficient to identify problems if any with the product. In case of physical damage we would require photos and additional documentation to expedite any insurance claim.
