Payment

2.1 - Bank Transfer Payment

We offer bank transfer (Fast payment and BACS) on all orders.  The detail procedure is available during your shopping checkout. Buyer should always reference their order # on the transaction process.

You will need to pay for transaction fees on both sides, if any, to ensure that we receive full payment before processing your order. Please check with your local bank about any service fees on both sides.

 

2.2 - Credit Card Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard on all orders.  Please be advised that payment will be charged in GBP.

If you choose to pay via Credit Card, due to the prevalence of online fraud, there will be a delay in processing your payment. Additional documentation may be required, i.e. utility bill showing your shipping address, if we receive notification from our credit card payment provider. We apologize for this inconvenience, but please be aware this may incur an additional delay.

Shipping

3.1 - Shipping

All orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) after the funds have cleared and traceable tracking number is provided. Once your order has been dispatched, it will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days to UK addresses and 2-3 business days to all other qualifying EU countries from the day our courier picks up your shipment. There again this does not include holidays and weekends. Therefore, you will get your item within 7-8 business days after the funds have cleared.
We offer free shipping services within our service area with a tracking number provided by DHL, Federal Express, TNT or DPD. In case of an unexpected delay, you can follow your shipment through the provided tracking number.
The listed items on our website are usually in stock. However, based on our shipping process, we do check all orders for completeness prior to dispatch. We would like to be certain that all items are in factory new condition. In the unlikely event of an item being found incomplete before dispatch, there may be a delay due to backordering.  In this case you will be notified and you have a right to cancel and a full refund.

 

3.2 - Our products

1.)  All of our products on TOPSHOPGLOBAL are 100% Brand new and Genuine. In case of selling refurbished or open-box items, it will be marked clearly in the listing. Our products are sourced from reputable international wholesalers.

2.)  As we source items globally, the manual provided in the box will come in the language of the sourced region which may not be in English, however, links to the official site are provided on our site for your reference. Please also note that due to environmental concern, many products from some manufactures now come with user guides and manuals in CD-ROM format only. This is out of our control. Should you wish to download your preferred language of the manual, please visit the manufacturers support page. 
 
3.)  As we source items globally, the item you have purchased will come with the original charger, but if the charger that comes in the box is not your local plug, we will provide a travel adapter for you to use with the item.

  

3.3 - Insurance

We offer free door to door delivery insurance to ensure protection for your purchase. The service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external factors during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement of the shipment. In the event that an item was found to be damaged after having opened the shipment we allow the recipient up to 48 hours to report said damage. We believe 48 hours is sufficient to identify problems if any with the product. In case of physical damage we would require photos and additional documentation to expedite any insurance claim.

 

3.4 - Import, VAT, Customs.

As we are an international company, and source our products throughout the world, we at TopShopGlobal provide our customers with a "what you see is what you pay" price, and will handle customs clearance for our customers so that any duties, fees or taxes are inclusive in the total amount.

Warranty

4.1 - Description Of Warranty

TopShopGlobal, Ltd. offers a 12 month limited in-house, not factory, warranty on all products. The warranty service is subject to the following terms,conditions and exceptions.

  1. The warranty service is offered from the date of arrival at your location.
  2. This warranty service is valid only for the original customer who purchased the item and is not transferable.
  3. The item(s) beyond the 12 month limited warranty as mentioned will not be covered by the warranty service.
  4. The warranty is only provided for factory defects.

4.2 - Exceptions For Warranty Or Warranty Service

  1. Defects caused by human damage and accidents;
  2. Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications;
  3. Misuse of a software application which is not compatible with the item;
  4. Damage due to water, fire, or other acts of nature;
  5. Defects caused by the normal ageing of the product (such as scratches or tears of the item coating);
  6. Self repair, or unauthorized product modification, removal, installation and set-up service (including upgrades and expansions) by any third party;
  7. Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product;
  8. Accessories (such as earphones, batteries, or connecting cables, etc) and cosmetic (packaging or boxes) damages are not included in the warranty service

4.3 - Warranty Returns Process

1.) Before sending back an item back for warranty service, customer must contact us about the defect and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Any return sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by us.

2.) Customer assumes all responsibility (included the return shipping fee) for the package and that the package is correctly addressed with the address provided by customer service for warranty work.

3.) Customer must ship the RMA item via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. The RMA item must be securely double boxed utilizing bubble wrap to insure the item is not damaged whilst being returned.

4.) Customer is to include a copy of their original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box) with number clearly written on the outside box when sending back an item.  It will usually take at least 2 - 6 weeks (subject to the defect situation ) to process the warranty item. We will only be responsible for the return shipping fee in sending back the item to the customer.

5.) Customer should backup all data and information properly before sending back any electronic products. All data and information stored in the item may be lost or deleted during the repair process. We will not be responsible for any loss of data or personal information.

6.) Customer is ultimately responsible for returning any products to our warehouse with the address we provide, not any other address, with tracking numbers for verification.

7.) TopShopGlobal, Ltd. reserves any final decision in determining if the RMA item does or does not conform to the above. Should returned item fail to meet our criteria the item would be returned at customers expense.

8.)TopShopGlobal, Ltd. reserves the right not to provide any report (written or oral) toward the repairing services.

Cancellation

 5.1 - Your Right Of Cancellation


Cancellation period 1. (Before dispatching)
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of it having been placed, regardless if you have paid your order or not. If you have paid for your order then you are entitled to a full refund.
After 48 hours of having placed your order have passed you will still able to cancel it for a refund. In this case a 10GBP cancellation fee will be applied, as your order is now being processed, and thus deducted from any refund.

Cancellation period 2. (After dispatching)
You have a right to cancel your order during this period, after your order has been dispatched, if you refuse delivery of your item and it has to be returned to us. In this case a 10GBP cancellation fee and a 20GBP return fee will be applied and subsequently deducted from any refund.

Cancellation of duplicate order
If you found that you have placed a duplicate order by mistake, please inform us before the order is dispatched and we will cancel the duplicate order per your request. Should you discover the duplicate order after it has been dispatched then the 10GBP cancellation fee and 20GBP return fee would still apply.

5.2 - Our Right Of Cancellation

Fraudulent And Unpaid Orders

Due to the unfortunately high volume of online fraud it is necessary that we have procedures and methods in place to detect and deter signs of fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent behavior or failure to pay. Likewise any suspected user will be unconditionally banned from our website.

Returns

6.1 - Returns Policy

Our returns policy is for 30 days. For defective or non-defective goods you have 14 days upon receipt of your item in which to notify us of your wish to make a return and no restocking fee will be applied.  
If you notify us after the 14 days then an applicable 15% restocking fee will be applied. There are no exceptions to this.  Should 30 days have passed since your purchase we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Note: that this is not a free trial period in which to use the goods).  It must also be in the original packaging along with all accessories, documentation and warranty cards blank and unmarked.  
If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error, then your return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Headphones and earphones cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase along with an issued RMA number clearly marked on the receipt and upon the return packaging.
We will provide you with an address in which to return your item so please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer nor to any other address not provided by us.  If you do so we will not be held libel for its loss.
 

6.2 - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
 

6.3 - Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you feel you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner please first check your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6.4 - Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival ( DOA ).  If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@topshopglobal.com for an RMA prior to making any return.
  

6.5 - Return Shipping 

In order to return your product you will be provided with an RMA number and a return address prior to making your shipment. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
Returned items must be packaged securely with all of the original packaging and materials that you received. Not doing so may result in your return being denied. 
On any shipment you should consider using a service with tracking numbers and insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no way to track and verify your shipment.  Nor will we be held responsible in the event that an untrackable shipment is lost.
 

6.6 - Changes In Policy

It should be noted that we reserve the right to amend the above policy and all other policies on this site at will, without prior notification, nor be held libel in any manner for typographical or grammatical errors.

SECTION 7.3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
 
 
SECTION 7.4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
 
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
 _shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
 _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
 _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
 storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
